There are times when we feel discouraged, defeated and left with thoughts of doubt on what we are worth. Whether those feelings trickle down from our work load, negative relationships, career comparison or chaos in the home, we have all felt it. As Christians, we need reminders of what we are worth and the importance we have in the Kingdom.
The more we cultivate our worth in Christ, the more we can let go of the world's versions of worth like money, titles, appearance and popularity. Because when rely on the promises of God, we are rooted in the truth of the gospel and are confident in our worth.
Our worth is not world-centered, it is God-centered.
"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made."
